Getting paid every other week shouldn’t feel like a high-stakes balancing act. But most budget tools are built for monthly salaries, leaving those of us on a 14-day cycle to do the “payday math” in our heads to figure out which expenses need to be paid with which paycheck. We struggled with this method for a long time and thought there had to be a better way. When we couldn’t find one, we built one – the Bi-Weekly Budget App.

But as we were building and testing it, we discovered other features that would be helpful, so we expanded the app to what you see today. It now includes features like advanced forecasting for those less frequent expenses (like car registration renewals, and property taxes, that are due once or twice a year), a savings tracker, minimum balance warning, and the option to protect your minimum balance by reducing the amount going into savings that pay cycle.

By projecting a 12-month forward-looking budget, we show you exactly which check covers which expenses, ensuring you never miss a payment or get caught off guard. The app is as expansive or as simple as you make it; you can see the bare minimum of which bills are due with which paycheck, or you can enter all of your expenses throughout the year and see a fully developed budget projection.

Our goal is to keep the Bi-Weekly Budget App free for everyone, so there is  no paid subscription or premium version of the app. Which means we are ad and affiliate marketing supported. This means if you click on a link from one of our pages and purchase an item, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products and services that we believe truly add value and can help you achieve your goals.

If the app helps you, please share it with others. Our goal is to help as many bi-weekly earners as we can.

Thank you for your support and happy budgeting!
